Emotional Balance

I believe that being balanced emotionally is a key step for changing our lives and relationships,Life is full of stress and hard times when do we really have the time for the emotional side of ourselves, I believe if we don't take the time we will continue to be unbalanced in every area of our lives. 

As women everything in life weighs on our shoulders and our minds and our body's fall apart, I believe taking time out for our emotional health is time very well spent and worth putting some things and people on hold for a while,Let's say yes to ourselves and everyone else will have to understand and go along with the plan.

I believe if we encourage one another to take time for ourselves to love ourselves more and take real care of our emotions we can be balanced and the rest of our lives will flow like water in a quiet river.
