Self Love: How important is self love in your life?
Self-Love: How important is self love:
Self love is the foundation for the love you we have for others, Self love gives us the strength to see our worth, and never settle for less than our hearts and souls desires. Self love give us all the strength to say no to the things that don't serve us as a whole.
Self love is a mind set that reminds us all how powerful we are as a people, Self love gives our hearts a voice that will speak healing into the world. Self love is a golden gift that builds life and bring a joy that can not be explained.
How to practice self-love: 15 ways to self-love!
Mind set to self love!
1) Write yourself a love letter every day and post the letters on a self love vision board.
2) Make a list of 20 things you're grateful for that will remind you of love for yourself.
3) Buy yourself a bouquet of flowers that is your favorite colors this will bring a smile to your soul.
4) Re-read your favorite book that gives you the feeling of love.
5) Create a vision board for your self love goals you will reach.
6) Have a pamper party for yourself and treat yourself to a mani/pedi and a full body massage.
7) Take a 30 minute walk in nature and meditate by the water.
8) Take a long relaxing bubble bath.
9) Try relaxing yoga or an empowering workout.
10) Nourish your body with a healthy home cooked meal and a glass of red wine.
11) Create loving, positive affirmations for yourself and post them every were you go in your home.
12) Slow down, be present and mindful of your self love journey.

1) Bring Awareness
The first step in reframing your thoughts to listen and be aware of them so you can better understand them.
There is so much power in each and every thought you have and even the more the thoughts you have about yourself, what you allow to run your mind about yourself. Get clarity on what you want to live inside your mind about you.
2) Challenge Beliefs
Remember, not all your thoughts are true. Don't just accept what you think just because your mind goes there-your thoughts don't define you. You are the only one in control of your thoughts, so think wisely about you. Practice mindfulness when you notice your thoughts about you are not serving you, and making you depressed and sad.
3) Choose Your Thoughts
Notice patterns in your thinking. Be aware of the negative thought, then choose to change your perspective on it to shift it into a more positive one. Think about your favorite person, or the best vacation you've ever been on, try meditation that calms your thoughts.
4) Check Environment
Your environment can have a big impact on the way you talk to yourself. Check if your environment is bringing you more you more negative feelings than positive ones. What you surround yourself with will be apart of you and will create thoughts about you your mindset, which will turn into actions.

Effective Communication
How to communicate effectively in Three steps:
1) The power of simply listening!
* Listening is not a lost art. As your mate/partner is talking and you are wanting to say something:
Write your thoughts down, when its your time to speak not only will you be able to respond but your mate /partner will feel like they've been heard.
This will not be an easy task, but in the end after some practice the benefits are priceless. This practice gives a fairness to both you and your mate/partner, it will allow you both to share your thoughts, feelings, and hurts without raised voices.
2) Being open to change!
Relationships are forever changing. Sometimes the changes needing to be made are not always fair, so setting down and writing out what each of you are willing to do is a great start. Then talking over what each of you have written, then deciding were to begin together.
3) Create your own six month check-up!
Example: Every January and June you and your mate/partner would have an open conversation of the problems/progress in your relationship. This can be challenging if their are unspoken hurts, anger, or bitter thoughts. Write down what's going well in your relationship, next write what needs to be changed, then share with your mate/partner your thoughts and feelings. This practice will show if you both are on the same page, nothing going unsaid, and you both will have clarity.
